The Aquarium

On Tuesday our family loaded up the van for a trip to the aquarium. It always amazes me just how much stuff we take with us. I think we took everything but the kitchen sink! (OK, maybe not quite that much, but a lot, nevertheless.) It was a lot of fun seeing all the animals there, and being able to step back and think 'Wow! look at all the different types of creatures God has created!'

It was sad/funny when at the end we saw a poster talking about this type of shark that lived in the prehistoric times about 17-2 million years ago. We thought it strange that there was such a huge gap of time between the two. Two to Seventeen!

Honestly, how could something like a jellyfish just evolve? They have no brain, and their tentacles are so intricate, that there is no way that over millions and billions of years they could just happen!
It took a creator way bigger than we could imagine. So big that he spoke them into existence.

When we got to the sharks it was feeding time, so the the weird flecks in the picture above are little bit of fish skin.

In the beginning, God created the heavens and the earth...

Invisible Me

The nice thing about being the one behind the camera is that you don't have to be in the picture!! Really, that's probably the only reason I enjoy photography! (just kidding) :) But, I did find ONE picture of me (shocking).

Just thought I'd share it with y'all.
Yep, thats me.

More random pictures...

While looking through random files on our computer  I found all the pictures I had taken back when I first got my camera. It was fun going through them since I had completely forgotten about them.

All the beach pictures were taken almost two years ago
for my older brothers birthday.

This is Carver when he was a year old.

Isn't  that the weirdest thing you've ever seen?! We named him 'Grue' , because of his one green, one blue eye.
