As most of you may know, I drank the CrossFit kool-aid and haven't looked back.
I'll spare you all the boring details about that side of my life on here though.

It's still a work in progress, but I look forward to sharing my journey to competing, recipes, reviews, and whatnot.

I thought I'd share some pictures that I took (and a few my brother grabbed) from the CF Open, a 5 week competition of sorts that I was able to participate in just for fun.
